I got busy at work and didn't relist any of my trade offerings posts for a couple of months and came back to find that I cannot find them in my history, despite the fact that there's an option to search as far back as a year and it has only been 3 months since I last posted. Did something happen to the Bartertown forum database whilst I was away? I've been copy/pasting my (very long) list of haves/wants for months and the idea of having to go through thousands of minis again to compile a new list is really daunting.

Bad news, man. If you don't have the list saved, you have to go through it again.
Trade ads only stay on the site for a short period of times to keep the forums manageable and to save server space. The precise amount of time varies on a few factors, but the most prevalent one is the popularity of the forum. The busier forums (GW Futuristic, for example) have a shorter life span than the less used ones.

You might have a copy saved in a PM somewhere if it was quoted, or you could try something like the way back machine (internet history archives)
