Why is a required field for posting a reference, the State that a person lives in, but when you check their references, the State is not listed. This can make it unduly difficult to post a reference especially when some of the shipping companies don't list a return address.

This is information we like to have in our database. Not all of the information is necessarily there for the benefit of the end user.
We understand that, in come cases, you won't have that information. Just choose something like "APO." Yes, I realize that it's counter-intuitive but, at this point, it's the best option we have available to us.
