Question about this forum

Post by natsirtm »

Mods feel free to PM me and delete topic if required.

I understand you don't want 40k or D&D type discussions in here, but how restrictive about "no mini" talk is it?

Eg. I've been recently investigating games I can use my minis with, some games include warchest (uses minis but on a chess board) or Patrol: Lost! which uses 5 minis for good guys and counters for bad guys on hex tiles.

Would threads on these topics be ok here or what forum would you prefer?

If you don't have your Location listed in your User Control Panel, why not take a second and update it? It will let your trading partners know where you are from the beginning.

Have you read the site rules? viewtopic.php?f=44&t=45470 If not do so.

Re: Question about this forum

I've only just started looking into it, so haven't played yet. I just found it on BGG and have been working out models from my collection to use. I also found a game developers site that let's you generate cards which I'm going to use with photos of my minis for all the stats.

It looks simple enough to pick up easily but with enough to it to make it hard to master. I don't quite understand if you are limited to one "faction" or if you can pick any models you like. On vacation now but when I get back I want to sort out a game or two and start making a deck of figure cards. I will use this forum for any questions I might have then.
