Is there anywhere you can buy loose Star Wars X-Wing game miniatures? (besides Ebay) I dont need a bunch of cards, tokens , etc. Just some Tie fighters, rebel ships like Y-wing & X-wing. Any place? Id like to avoid the $12-15 each, price tag.

Thanks.

I think ebay, craigslist or local boards are your best bet.

Alternatively, post a want ad on here and some other national boards and hope for the best. They still have a lot of value as actual game pieces though, so it's hard to find a lot with no pieces, etc.

Thanks, thats what I thought.

Im thinking of making a Death Star attack set-up. Perhaps a smaller scale. I could use Star Wars Armada fighter squadrons instead. Much cheaper and readily available.

Anyone have any ideas on small scale 15mm or so - Laser Turrets ? Like in the final scene in the original Star Wars. Ive found some Death Star play mats. Any scenery out there?

Even paper/cardboard laser towers?

My friend, Trey, sells opened X-wing and Armada. He buys large collections then breaks them up into individual ships. You can get just individual cards, ships, dials, tokens etc.. or complete used. He also buys from FFG too so can get new ships.
