Your picture link isn't working.
Unlike most GW, I think paint might add some value if it is done well, so you could get at least retail.

Okay, I saw your post and the link to pics. I think for that price, you're going to want to put some more effort into your sales post. Bigger pictures with more detail, more information on the board, how it will be shipped, etc.
