Gaming out of a Ticket!

Post by KfunnyE »

I got pulled over on my way to work...the cop was going to give me a ticket, until he saw some Chimera boxes in my front seat. He told my my geeky hobby just got out me of a ticket.

We then talked about models for a few minutes...

Another good talking point the next time my wife complains about my hobby choices :-)

Dude.
I'm presuming he was a gamer, then?

You TOTALLY should have invited him to a game some time. Trust me, it's NICE to have access to police as friends.
Police and lawyers...

Lower rating? You ship first.

Give me a sense of humor Lord. Give me the grace to see a joke.
To get some humor out of life and pass it on to other folk.

I think what this situation needs is some imagination.

Deffinately a gamer...he gave me some companies similar to chapterhouse for bits, and mentioned the legal actions against CH by GW.

I didn't even think to ask if he gamed locally, a few GW stores locally (as lame as those are these days, what store closes for lunch and only has one employee?) and few FLGS.

I know if I see him at any events. My Dad is a retired officer, they are deffinatly good connections to have :-)
