I'm going to assume you mean the normal 25mm round bases. I ordered some from [Admin edit - BTown rules say no links to non-advertisers]. The price is excellent. They shipped and arrived in a reasonable time frame, no delays that I can recall. They seem to be of an acceptable quality. The tops are slightly textured, if that makes any difference to you. As I have yet to put a model on one of these bases, I can't say if they texture or material makes any difference when gluing.

Also it was brought to my attention that this isn't exactly a trade thread (you are not asking to purchase bases from a member, but rather searching answers for place to go for said bases). Moved to a more appropriate discussional (I know this is not a word but it should be) forum.
