Er...
So, I went to GW's website (shocker), and I wanted to take a look at the Specialist game lines.
Now, I knew that things were getting a little thin there the last time I checked. But, now it appears to be gone completely.
What happened? I guess they have just decided to jettison everything other than the "Big 3".
Is there a place where you can still find Mordheim or Necromunda gangs? Other than here and eBay...

If this is true, all metal models are gone. It might be just my computer, but the tabs on the Specialist links are not opening for me.

I can open the links but there are no products listed in many of the categories. Given that there is a rumour that GW is literally smelting away all their metal figures I suspect that would explain the lack of SG miniatures as they were almost entirely metal.

Rumor on Naftka is that specialist games is being "reborn" in a way with all plastic kits. At least epic/gothic/blood bowl and the kits will be a starter set with expansions - much like the Westeros Battleore...
At least that is the rumor I read....

I'd be quite surprised if that happened. It would require making a lot of plastic moulds as other than the core infantry all of the figures were in metal. That would be a pretty significant outlay

So, I guess they are done. Hmmm... That kind of blows.
Basically, all you can get is the Blood Bowl game.
It would be great to see them all re-released in plastic, but I am fairly sure that pixelgeek is right.
Kinda sux. I was thinking about picking up some of those nice boxed sets they had for the Necromunda gangs. Oh well.
