Hell yeah, first ever Wild West Exodus tournament! (WaaarghPug here) 
I always trade using standard Bartertown practices (i.e., traders with a lower Trader Rating ship their items first, unless other mutually agreeable terms are reached).
I always ship items using USPS, and I always ship using Delivery Confirmation. You should, too.

I'm excited about WWX, Dark Age, and Wrath of Kings the most, but I'm hoping to have enough time to watch a bit of Infinity. I have some models, but I've never yet gotten to play!

The group here is really great there will be demo tables and space for pickup games all weekend.
