Sabol Foam Sizes for Warmachine

So I'm planning a Menoth army. So I can plan this out I need to know about storage. I'm new to using Sabol foam (used to use a gun case). I need to know what size foam to get.
Large, medium and small based models.
heavy warjacks size
infantry size
cavalry size ect.

Any help?
