But it wasn't 1 person, and the carrier didn't tell the mailer. As has been posted here on b-town by people confronting scammers.

Several years ago, before the drop in mail volume and the increase in automation, from December 1st through about january 1st, standard mail, then called 3rd class mail; was stored in semi-trailers on the property and 'pigs' [a train car loaded with semi-trailers]. That was normal, and all mass-mailers were informed of it when they mailed.
Heh, I was called a Grognard. ;-)

Krusty- dont play the victim here. This deal was in the first week of July. You did not send in July like you said you would. The package was never "stuck in the post office". I'll say this for you- at least you came through in the end. If you dont get a negative , then consider yourself lucky.

"put the dc# in for yourself if this isnt good enough for you guys..."- sounds whiny. Maybe a nice apology to the guy who waited around for the stuff & didnt give you a negative, would have been better. But anyway...good luck. Hope your next deal goes better.

Lower rating? You ship first.

I think what this situation needs is some imagination.

Compare this statement from August 17:
Krusty wrote:i looked into why the package hadnt been shipped and it was stuck at the post office for some reason, but i got it worked out and ti will be on tis way to the buyer soon
To this that you posted:

Claiming you mailed it when you didn't isn't good enough for people. You'll be lucky if people trade with you after this, and don't expect payment before you ship first if they see this BTR. You followed a typical scammer line, claiming something was mailed when it wasn't. You lied to your trading partner about shipment, and took over a month to actually ship.
