Hi All. Its me, the bad guy.
I want to start by offering apologies to Chris, and to everyone on this site whom I've wounded with this.
I went into my workplace on Tuesday AM for the first time in 8 weeks since I was forced to take a Mental Health sabbatical for grief recovery. On my desk was the package all bundled and ready to go. If you had asked me to swear by anything under the sun, I would have promised that the package had been sent, I spent all Monday night looking through my records and papers after Oaf's phone call but couldn't find it. It obviously wasn't sent, and so I take any and all blame.
I sent it on Tuesday afternoon via the fastest method I could afford now, which was Expedited Post, 9-11 business days. I am publishing the confirmation number here CX 211873954CA so anyone involved can track it.
I realize I am entirely at fault. I will accept any punishments including negative feedback and IP bans on my account.
My sincerest apologies again to everyone on this website, I did not mean to tarnish what happens here.
In any event, I will search any other outstanding issues I may have pending, resolve those as needed, if any. Afterwards I will remove myself from this site entirely as I am just so ashamed.

YOU owned up to it. You didn't get all defensive. You took the blame with absolutely NO attempt to shift it at all.
Those are mature and responsible responses to an error on your part.
Everything you've said in the above post matches up with all the information we DID know.
There's no reason to leave BTown.
There's no lynch-mob.

Obviously, I can't MAKE you stay. I can only tell you that you don't have to leave. You aren't about to get banned or suspended for this. Not even close.
