I hate doing these sort of things, but I have a feeling I'm going to need to do it anyway. I responded to a post by LunaticDreams in March about the WFB Night Goblins he was selling. He mentioned in his ad that he had around 2 boxes of the regular goblins and a some from the Battle for Skull Pass. I messaged him about a deal referring to the *2* boxes of regular Night Goblins. I asked him multiple times and sent him a link referring to the ones I was expecting to get. Weeks later after emailing him and PMing him several times about a shipping update I finally get the box. What I received was actually a few sprues of regular and Battle for Skull Pass goblins. About 20 in total which is the total number of 1 full box of regular night goblins. I have emailed him, since he obviously never checks PMs asking for a refund. Has anyone dealt with an issue like this, and have had luck with a paypal dispute?

In my opinion I would stay away from this trader.

You seem to cut off the communication thread. You claim to have sent him several PM's about not receiving the box and after you did receive it, but you don't include any of those. For a BTR thread, you have to provide EVERY PM. I'd add those others in ASAP. Failure to do so in 24/48 hours can result in a suspension, IIRC.

I see where you asked him about the night goblins but I see no previously discussed price, but your pm indicates it was previously discussed. Also do you have copies of these emails? Because where the pm's stop does not show you getting in contact with him about missing models and incorrect models.

I need an update on shipping ASAP, or I'm going to assume that this transaction has gone bad. According to others, this isn't the first time. I unfortunately will have no other choice, but to contact Paypal and file a claim.

I then sent him an email which he responded to with a tracking number. The box was delivered last week to my office, but I've been on vacation so I just got to opening it today. I immediately sent him an email about the problem, and I'm waiting on a response.

definitely. i just filed a claim not too long ago myself and was given a refund. he ignores everything so you might as well escalate.
