I received a reply from BDWilliams (real name: Joe Paiz) and we agreed to a trade of my Burna/Loota Boyz box for his 8 Plaguebearers. He asked that I send first and since he has a much higher rating than me, I agreed. I sent my half of the trade with tracking on January 12, 2011. It arrived on January 21, 2011. I have sent repeated PMs to Joe and one email, but have had no reply and my stuff has not shown up. He picked up the PM I sent on January 21 but subsequent PMs are still in my Outbox. Btown logs indicate his last visit to the site was on January 23, 2011.

I'm not sure if this is a "ripoff" situation or if Joe is sick or otherwise unable to complete the trade. I understand if it is due to a reason beyond his control but all that I ask is for some communication. I hope my fellow Btowners can perhaps help.

I have 8 of the OOP. 5 models are NIB (Musician, Standard Bearer, Champ, and 2xNormal). These guys are the previous edition, with the single horn and a cyclops eye. Then the other three are bare metal, rogue trader Plaguebearers. Vomitgrot, Putridsore, and Doomblight are the three as they are referenced on solegends.

Joe - you need to get back to me with the status of this trade. I hope everything is OK at your end health-wise etc. and if the non-communication has some legitimate cause I will understand. You have a good rep here so I hope the lack of communication is inadvertant.

I hope everything is OK with you but as you can understand, I am concerned about the trade. I need to hear back from you by Friday 4 Feb at 5pm EST or I will be filing a BTR on Bartertown. I don't want to do that because of your good reputation, but I need to know what's going on.

I understand if you have been ill or bereaved and haven't been able to attend to this, but please just drop me a quick email and let me know what's up.

Again, I don't get the feeling that this guy is a ripoff artist like some bad traders here. Maybe he is sick, or something has happened? I didn't want to post a BTR but I feel I have no choice if I want to enlist the help of fellow Btowners to resolve the trade.

A parcel arrived today with Joe's half of the deal, with no explanation for the delay or lack or communication. I am pleased that this is resolved, but would only trade with this trader again if he shipped first.

The parcel was postmarked February 3, 2011. If I had known he was sending the stuff I never would have initiated a BTR

Again, great to see this resolved (I'd never expected to get the stuff) but communication from my trade partner was not good. (My PMs to him are still unread as of today and he last visited Btown on Jan23/11)
