The whole conversation was suspicious in itself, but in particular:
The email address he sites as a reference, sethhellbringer@yahoo.com, belongs to a 'Jason Lee' in Wisconsin. I think Jason Lee was one of Ticknor's aliases.
Another email address, blackriderwk@yahoo.com, shows up on a site as one of the addresses that Jason used.
The mailing address is within a few miles of the other addresses that Ticknor used.
